How pre-orders work

What does pre-order mean here?

Nothing is held in stock. Each design opens for a set window; when the window closes we count the orders and produce exactly that quantity. This is why sizes, colours and personalisation are decided at checkout.

How long until I receive my order?

Production usually takes two to four weeks after the pre-order window closes, then shipping is a few working days. Each product page shows its own production duration and delivery estimate.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout is available for guests — you do not need to create an account or register. After placing your order, you will receive an order number in the format PL-YEAR-NUMBER. You will also receive an order confirmation and notification via WhatsApp to the WhatsApp number you provided when placing your order. You can track your order using your order number together with the email address or WhatsApp number used for the order.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, or QRIS where available. Transfer the exact grand total, then upload your payment proof from your order page. Verification is manual, normally within one working day.

What can I personalise?

Depending on the item: graduation year, initials, or your full name. Each option is priced separately and shown on the product page before you add to cart. Personalised items cannot be changed once production starts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, while the pre-order window is still open and before we send the batch to the vendor. Message us with your order number as early as you can.

What if my payment proof is rejected?

Your order page will show the reason — usually a mismatched amount or an unreadable receipt. You can upload a corrected proof from the same page.

Can my alumni group order its own design?

Yes, of course! You can contact us with your alumni group's idea, preferred item, and approximate quantity, and we can work with you to make it a reality. We can discuss the design, quantity, and production details with your group and create a dedicated order or pre-order for it.
